I have no idea what you're talking about.

I mean after install cargo via "pacman -S cargo" from official Arch repository
Cargo is installed into "/usr/bin/cargo" but when checking cargo installation via ternimal with "cargo -V"
symbolic links go to "/usr/local/bin/cargo" there is no cargo in directory "/usr/local/bin" because it's was installed in "/usr/bin"

cargo will not work after inatlled via "pacman -S cargo"

try: in terminal
"cargo -V"
got this message:
-bash: /usr/local/bin/cargo: No such file or directory

It's fresh installed via "pacman -S cargo" is official repo install

you may forgot to create symbolic links for cargo or create wrong symbolic links for cargo whatever,

I have been fixed this issue with
ln -s /usr/bin/cargo /usr/local/bin/cargo

to to create symbolic links for cargo then now it's work for me.
# cargo -V
cargo 0.9.0 (8fc3fd8 2016-02-29)

I have you understand of this issue point. I am not English guy!

Something in your system configuration is very screwed up. I don't know if you've got a random symlink somewhere in your path, or an alias or what, but it has nothing to do with the package. Seek help on the forums, mailing list, or IRC.
