Reason for closing: Won't implement
Additional comments about closing: doesn't appear like anyone is interested in adding two versions of the same thing "just because" gtk2

1) Don't need install gtk3/gtk2 only for 1 program (1.7 MiB - shared library for each gtk gui vs a lot of MiB gtk{2,3} library with their dependency)
2) Can build with both gtk2 & gtk3.
3) Implicit linked to gtk2 or gtk3, may work without installed gtk2 and/or gtk3 (cli)
4) No functional difference gtk2 ui vs gtk3 ui
5) Because we can.
