Concurrent DNS name resolution is unavailable in the wireshark packages. It becomes available if wireshark is built with c-ares or adns installed. Additional info: * package version(s): wireshark{-cli,-common,-gtk} 2.0.2-1 Steps to reproduce: * Open wireshark-gtk * Go to Edit → Preferences → Name Resolution * 'Enable concurrent DNS resolution' says 'N/A' and cannot be ticked. Solution: Add c-ares or adns as a runtime dependency and add --with-c-ares or --with-adns to the ./configure line in the PKGBUILD |
