DetailsDescription: /usr/lib/modules-load.d/virtualbox-host-dkms.conf is not correctly formatted
Additional info: * package version: 5.0.16-1 Steps to reproduce: Installing this version of virtualbox-host-dkms brings a non functional config file for loading kernel modules. Its contents are "vboxnetadp\nvboxnetflt\nvboxdrv\n"; it looks like line feeds were not interpreted in the PKGBUILD bash function. Manually changing the "false" line feeds into real ones fixes the problem. The only way I managed to format the file correctly was by adding each line separately. This does not concern the problem directly, but maybe this file should be replaced with a systemd service file : virtualbox already has the /usr/bin/rcvboxdrv executable which can load all the required drivers without any problem (at least in my experience). |
