Description:
The "Notifications" plugin in Deluge has the option for sound notifications (upon torrent completion, etc). This option is greyed out unless python2-pygame is installed; however python2-pygame is not listed as a dependency (or optional dependency).

Additional info:
Package version is deluge 1.3.12-1

Steps to reproduce:
Install deluge, open Preferences, enable the "Notifications" plugin. Sound options are unavailable (greyed out) until python2-pygame is installed and Deluge is restarted.

Confirmed here on current Deluge 1.3.15. Installing python2-pygame fixes the issue. This should be added to the dependency list.
