With the switch to the outdated gtk3 fork of gummi multiple regressions, which were fixed in 0.6.6-2, are reintroduced.
The last commit of the gtk3 fork was in Apr 28, 2015 versus Jan 27, 2016 for the 0.6.6 release of the original project.

I don't see any benefit in using the gtk3 fork, even the preview rendering is blurry on a 4K screen,
see https://github.com/aitjcize/Gummi/issues/25 .

Here is an incomplete selection of regressions:
* CVE-2015-7758
* Clicking "Project" and then "Open Project" results in segfault
* https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/48130

There are at least 12 more regressions.

Please switch back to the original project or provide two packages.

You could also try to merge the patches of the original project to the fork.
