Description:
Right after ssmtp installation:
$ cat /etc/ssmtp/ssmtp.conf | grep hostname
# The full hostname
hostname=bpiotrowski

The manpage says:
> Hostname
> The full qualified name of the host. If not specified, the host is queried for its hostname.

Additional info:
* ssmtp 2.64-7 (x86_64)
