Details

We can remove this flag and the dependency on foo86's libdcadec external library because it has been completely merged into ffmpeg.

dcadec looks like it's still developped externally for now, I will remove it when either foo86 stops working on it outside the ffmpeg tree, or the ffmpeg devs remove the option to use the external library.
