DetailsWe can remove this flag and the dependency on foo86's libdcadec external library because it has been completely merged into ffmpeg.

dcadec looks like it's still developped externally for now, I will remove it when either foo86 stops working on it outside the ffmpeg tree, or the ffmpeg devs remove the option to use the external library.
