DetailsSeaMonkey has supported gstreamer 1.0 since version 2.29.[1]
Please build/depend on that instead of the old gstreamer 0.10. (do this by setting the following in mozconfig:) ac_add_options --enable-gstreamer=1.0 [1] http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/seamonkey2.29/ |

Try seamonkey 2.39-3 please? I believe it is using gstreamer correctly now.
