DetailsSince we have bumped [community]/kodi to the version 16 series recently, upstream highly recommends version 10.1.12 of mariadb[1] however [extra]/mariadb is currently stale at 10.1.11. Additionally, there is a critical bug within 10.1.12 that is corrected by this[2] commit that should be included in our 10.1.12 package of mariadb. Without it, the databases kodi uses are unable to get updated. You can read through this[3] lengthy kodi bbs thread for context if interested.
