Description:
The upstream URL for this package redirects to a github repository:
https://github.com/scop/bash-completion

The upstream URL in the PKGBUILD should be updated to reflect this change.

I would also appreciate it if clarification could be provided with regards to where the canonical repository for this package is. Currently, there is the Github repository I linked above, and there is also this repository on Debian's servers:
http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/bash-completion/bash-completion.git/

I'm looking to submit some patches upstream, and need to know exactly where to submit them.
Thanks!

I checked the current PKGBUILD for this package and it correctly lists the new upstream url https://github.com/scop/bash-completion. Recommending this package be closed.
