The package is missing `vktrace` & `vkreplay`.
Those can be found in the prebuilt SDK: https://vulkan.lunarg.com/app/download

vulkan-sdk from lunarg is from several packages available in khronos github.
Missing files will be in their appropriate package, all in a vulkan-devel group.
