Detailsmopidy 2.0 switched to gstreamer >1.0, so the dependencies need to be updated.
See https://github.com/mopidy/mopidy/blob/master/docs/installation/source.rst, search for “Arch Linux”. I installed gstreamer, gst-python2, gst-plugins-good, gst-plugins-ugly and additionally gst-plugins-bad to get opus support, then everything worked as expected.
