Fix: sed '55d' -i archweb.git/packages/templatetags/jinja2.py

Doesn't happen too often, but once a bug got re-categorized it doesn't show up any more when somebody clicks on the link.
Case in point: https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/i686/htop/
