Description:
Package'chromium' version 48.0.2564.103-1 is missing a dependency to install a necessary .so file. Package 'pciutils' should be added to depends array.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install package 'chromium' from [extra], and all its called dependencies, on a clean Arch install base.
2. Open terminal, run command 'chromium' and note error message received: "/usr/lib/chromium/chromium: /usr/lib/libpci.so.3: version `LIBPCI_3.4' not found (required by /usr/lib/chromium/chromium)"
3. Install package 'pciutils' and again run 'chromium.' Note that program now runs without issue.

Something is really screwed up on your setup. Not only is pciutils part of the base group (so you don't have a clean Arch install base), it's already a direct dependency of Chromium.
