Details

Steps to reproduce: upgrade from 361.18 to 361.28, it breaks parts of KDE immediately and after a reboot login fails with error message kdeinit5. Downgrading from 28.1 to 18.1 and everything is fine again.

Any kind of error message or logs would be a start.

well the error message is a small white dialog-box (only with an OK button) and it simply says: could not start kdeinit5
if i click OK the box dissappears and reappears again. can repeat this forever.
rest of the screen is black.
