DetailsSteps to reproduce: upgrade from 361.18 to 361.28, it breaks parts of KDE immediately and after a reboot login fails with error message kdeinit5. Downgrading from 28.1 to 18.1 and everything is fine again.

if i click OK the box dissappears and reappears again. can repeat this forever.
rest of the screen is black.
