Localized (Ukrainian) [Y/n] doesn't recognize english letters
Probably related to the https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/47992

Not sure it's important, but English "y" is the same key as Ukrainian "н" (localized "No" answer).

Steps to Reproduce:
- Try the following command:
LANG=uk_UA.utf8 pacman -S pacman
- Type english "y" or "Y".
- Installation doesn't happen - letter is parsed as the "No" answer.

You have pacman localised - you need to use localised y/n.

English letters worked in previous releases, so is this a new intended behavior? Didn't see anything about it in the changelog, so thought it's a bug, sorry for wasting your time.
