Summary and Info:
Since Pacman 5, pacman -Si xxx, pacman -Qi xxx and maybe others no longer align nicely when locale is Chinese.

Steps to Reproduce:
Enable the zh_CN locale, run "LANGUAGE=zh_CN pacman -Qi zopfli" and you'll see them misaligned.
