Description: Cannot update via yaourt after pacman update

Additional info:
Linux ArchXXX 4.3.3-3-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed Jan 20 08:12:23 CET 2016 x86_64 GNU/Linux

sudo pacman -Ss pacman
core/pacman 5.0.0-1 (base base-devel) [installed: 4.2.1-4]


Steps to reproduce: Even after downgrading pacman version to 4.2.1-4 the issue is still present.

Can't update through pacman either.
Edit: Pacman works after removing package-query and yaourt
