Details

The upstream GCC version used to generate the current avr-gcc package includes a bug that results in invalid assembler code.
(trying to access PRR register results in invalid asm code "sbi 0x20, <val>")

A bug fix was committed upstream already.

avr-gcc-5.3.0-2 is in [testing]. Please check if it fixes your issue.
