Are you sure this is going to happen? From my interpretation of the Wiki [1] entry ("This page is outdated. We opted for a slightly different approach...") and the blog post linked therein [2], the "Notebook bar" feature might be something else entirely when released.

edit: Also "note this works only in current master". Is this even in a "fresh" release? Sounds like you need to track the master branch for it to even build?

There's nothing in the LibO 5.0.x branch to enable. We will ship it when it's ready.
