Description:

Back then with #37035 a patch was added to avoid an issue with zombie processes.
In the referred upstream bug report (new location https://gitlab.com/o9000/tint2/issues/430 ) the problem couldn't be reproduced.

With https://gitlab.com/o9000/tint2/issues/548 the question came up, if the inclusion of said patch is still necessary.
Upstream still cannot reproduce the issue with tint2 from master and I couldn't it reproduce it either with the steps reported from the initial issue and latest release (0.12.6).

So if this patch isn't necessary it should be removed (regarding the patch policy of Arch), unless there is a valid reason and/or a reproducible way to trigger the creation of zombies which could be reported to upstream in the afforementioned url.
