Description:
The 'File' -> 'Export Audio' function is not working anymore.
Instead of saving the audio file in the choosen format (mp3 e.g.) everything is saved as Audio Interchange File Format *.aiff now without respecting any settings made under 'options'.
Somethimes - not always! - a warning pops up telling 'Normally these files end in ".mp3", and some programs will not open files with nonstandard extensions.'

Workaround:
When you remove the given *.aiff extension in the dialog the file is 'exported' with the right extension and settings. You also can rename the created file to [filename].mp3 after exporting it.

Display issues:
The display in the 'Export Audio' dialog window 'Option' section is not displayed proper with the text cut on its edges.
Pop-Up for 'Automatic Crash Recovery': Buttons way too small, just stripes; lettering is not readable.

Translation issues (all versions!):
The german translation ('Ton exportieren') is wrong and confusing: 'Ton' in german means one tone, one single sound like one note. 'Projekt exportieren' or 'Audio exportieren' would be better.

Steps to reproduce:
Update to latest Audacity version 2.1.2-1
Downgrading to previous version 2.2.0-2 everything works like it should again.
