FS#47902 - [texlive-bin] provides pdfjam, but texlive-core does really

Detailsso either texlive-bin should contain /usr/bin/pdfjam and friends or texlive-core should provide & conflict with the pdfjam package
also i’m missing the manpages. are they somewhere? |

now have the provides the correct way.
Manpages are not provided like the rest of TeXLive documentation to avoid huge disk space usage.
could you split off the manpages into another package, so that we can install them if we wish?
