libkate appears to be not just a make, but a runtime dependency.

Steps to reproduce:
sudo pacman -S ffmpeg2theora
ffmpeg2theora
ffmpeg2theora: error while loading shared libraries: liboggkate.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
