lib32-cairo depends on lib32-librsvg, but lib32-librsvg depends on lib32-pango, which depends on lib32-cairo.
Upon removing lib32-cairo, pacman shows following warnings:

regular cairo package has librsvg as a makedep, avoiding this dep cycle.
