gcc 5.3 forgets to delete temporary response files written
to /tmp. It's fixed in gcc6 and the patch should be applied
to 5.3, because without it /tmp fills up with response files
that aren't deleted when response files are used. ghc-7.10.3
uses gcc with response files.
