Details

I have upgraded KDE to version 3.5.3 and since I cannot use konqueror on internet :
An error occurred while loading http://google.com:
Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Error loading 'kio_http'.

I've tried to delete my parameters (~/.*) and it doesn't work.

My kde packages installed :
kde arts
kde kate-plugins
kde kde-common
kde kdeaddons-kfile-plugins
kde kdebase
kde kdegraphics
kde kdelibs
kde kdepim
kde kdeutils
kde konq-plugins
kde kuser

Note that kate-plugins, kdeaddons-kfile-plugins, konq-plugins and kuser are built by myself. But this shouldn't be the cause of the bug.
I'm sending 2 files :
A snapshot of konqueror
The list of my installed packages

install all from testing or you have to live with that, we are a binary distro, so you need most times all of a specific repository or have to know how to avoid such problems ;)
this is not a bug.
