I have a Dell XPS 9550 with kernel 4.4-3. Suspend fails
whenever the xfs module has been in use for a while.
I use Docker 1.9.1 and the system fails to suspend whenever Docker has been running for a while. As soon as I stop docker using `sudo systemctl stop docker`, the system is successfully able to go to sleep. It doesn't matter if the xfs module is loaded or not i.e. suspending with/without `rmmod xfs` works as long as Docker has been stopped. And if Docker is left running for only a little time (30 secs or so), the system is still able to sleep. The corresponding logs from `dmesg --kernel` are attached. I'm not sure if the issue existed before 4.4-3 but as far as I remember, 4.4-2 worked fine. And 4.3.3-3 definitely worked fine. |
