Details
I noticed an error in the PKGBUILD of bash package.
It seems that one of the md5sum on the list (under md5sums variable) is inconsistent with the fetched file. This had caused a failure in the verification process. Other items seemed to be unaffected (I had skimmed thru this list and compare it to the checksums of given files). It seemed that only the last file (bash43-042) has this problem. Either this file has been changed recently or a mistake has occured. Either way, it's messed up. |

Would be nice if the maintainer would fix this.
I have also noticed that some time ago while doing some
reproducible builds tests. As it felt kind of suspicious, I have
checked the difference between the currently distributed patchset
and the old one our PKGBUILD was based on, seems like upstream has
slightly changes the patch by applying it to another file. Bah,
really a horrible habit to alter already shipped patches!
