DetailsDescription: Although this package is mostly platform independant, I have noticed it contians a binary file called 'libplasmoidplugin.so'. This said, my understanding is that the field "arch=(any)" in the PKGBUILD script file should be changed to "arch=('i686' 'x86_64')" instead. Otherwise, it would mean I should be able to install the very same package in my 64-bit desktop PC, my old i686 laptop and my ARM Rasberrry PI board, and it will work seamlessly in all of them.
I just want to clarify this point and see whether the above thinking makes any sense to you. Thanks for your time! |
