As the subject says : upon installation /etc/shells should be updated. Instead of attaching a patch I suggest adjusting extra/system/sash.install or extra/system/pdksh/pdksh.install

dorphell - you can use a modified version of extra/system/pdksh/pdksh.install as one option to add tcsh to /etc/shells.

Eric: Just took a peak at pdksh.install and it looks messy. It uses absolute paths for a few things, check out my tcsh.install and see if you want to do something similar
The install would go bad if it was installed to a diff root such as pacman --root /mnt/system
