Details
I first run abs extra/irssi copied the files over to my home
when I ran makepkg -S it compiled so I visited the irssi
site only to find out that the location has changed.
This should past now, source=("https://github.com/irssi-import/irssi/releases/download/${pkgver}/${pkgname}-${pkgver}.tar.bz2") |

Sorry, the pkgver is 0.8.17
I have fixed the PKGBUILD and uploaded it here. The link provided
by Giovanni is the download link from their website. I looked back
for the past couple of revisions of the software and it appears to
be a stable link. The md5sum for source code passed without having
to change them.
