I get this error when starting the deluge daemon (1.3.12-1):

I suspect this is related to the recent `boost-libs` upgrade from 1.59.0-5 to 1.60.0-1.

I forgot to mention that all torrents are reported as being in paused state when viewing them through the UI (console and GTK). The deluge daemon seems to be working fine though.
