DetailsThe new GUI designer called stetic in monodevelop can only be used if metacity is installed but monodevelop doesn't deopend on metacity.

This task depends upon

imho not a dep... it isn;t needed to run monodevelop, it only addes new functions.

Then stetic should be an optional package with metacity as dependency. But as it is now, you can't start a gtk# solution in monodevelop without monodevelop locking up on you later with no apparent reason.
