Details

Description:
Upon starting rtorrent I immedately get a crash dump. I just upgraded from a working version (rtorrent-0.9.6-2) and removed my rtorrent.rc in case there was a problem with settings.

Downgrading back to rtorrent-0.9.6-2 and it runs again.

rtorrent-0.9.6-3-x86_64


Steps to reproduce:
1) Install rtorrent-0.9.6-3
2) run `rtorrent`
3) Immediate core dump

You said you upgraded from a working version, did you update just rtorrent or your entire system?

Only rtorrent.

With a full system update it runs fine. I guess I thought `pacman -S rtorrent` would update dependencies if needed. I hope I didnt waste too much of your time!

Running pacman -S <program> is fine as long as you haven't run pacman -Sy or canceled an update. Never do that.
