Hello, At the moment, the geoip extension for php does not support IPv6. Nowadays, this issue is really annoying, for example with Piwik (a php website used for analytics). According to https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=59124 there is a patch available, which also brings php 7 support. Would you consider adding it to the package ? FS#32218I'll leave it open because it will either need to be updated to php7 or dropped.
Hopefully it's not any less stable than the patch linked in the upstream report. (That patch is up to upstream to merge and make a new release.)
