Unfortunately that did not change much about the kernels behaviour:
Dez 17 10:58:42 AmiloXi3650 kernel: PM: Checking hibernation image partition /dev/disk/by-label/swap

and later it says:
Dez 17 10:58:42 AmiloXi3650 swapon[240]: swapon: /dev/sda5: Software-Ruhezustandsdaten entdeckt. Die Auslagerungssignatur wird neu geschrieben.
... which means software-hibernation data found; the signature of the swap partition is written anew.
It would now likely be interesting to know why it can not load the hibernation image.
As this bug won`t move away from alone is there anyone who could help me with this?
