gnome-icon-theme is no longer maintained, and replaced by adwaita-icon-theme. GTK+ 3 toolkit depends on the adwaita-icon-theme, and uses Adwaita as general fallback. [1]

All GTK+ 3 applications should work with Adwaita (if not, then report to upstream), so please remove gnome-icon-theme from depends in the following packages:
- bcloud
- gramps
- pavucontrol
- pitivi
- xnoise
