DetailsToday I tried:
pacman -S koffice Targets: wv2-0.2.2-4 mysql-5.0.21-2 libwpd-0.8.3-1 postgresql-8.1.4-2 libpqxx-2.5.1-2 koffice-1.5.1-3 Total Package Size: 43.8 MB Proceed with upgrade? [Y/n] Is it really needed to depend on postgresql and mysql? It adds another 20MB of packages to download. Can't they be optional dependencies? I don't intend to use koffice for databases, only for writing in kword and maybe sheets. |

IMO, mysql and postgresql should be only in makedepends. They are not runtime dependencies.
