I should have filed just one bug report titled something like "Packages which need to be rebuilt against openssl 0.9.8b-1", but I didn't think I was going to find any more packages.

The thing is: php-cgi also needs to be rebuilt.

it was in testing for the lua rebuild, now it's for lua and openssl.
Rebuild done in 1.4.11-3
