Description:

please append $OPTIONS to ExecStart instruction in /usr/lib/systemd/system/docker.service

Astated in http://docs.master.dockerproject.org/articles/systemd/#runtime-directory-and-storage-driver,
it would allow an easier customisation using drop-in snippets by just overloading OPTIONS var
