Description:
There's no default /etc/tsocks.conf. I personally would put it in /etc/conf.d/tsocks.conf but that's just me, I don't know if you can easily recompile it to do that. But would it not be nice to have a generic config (like the simple one from /usr/share/tsocks/) copied over to /etc/tsocks.conf just as a default?

Additional info:
Package version 1.8beta5-7
Architecture x86_64

Steps to reproduce:
pacman -S tsocks
tsocks foo bar

Error message appears:
11:30:54 libtsocks(2940): Could not open socks configuration file (/etc/tsocks.conf), assuming all networks local

(I marked as "medium" as the tool doesn't work by default, in reality it's probably a low priority or a won't-solve)
