Description:I have installed new package for new.
root@archiso~ # pacstrap -i /mnt base base-devel

.......

error: could not open file /mnt/var/cache/pacman/pkg/vi-1:070224-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz.part: Invalid argument

The : char is invalid on FAT32, so no you can't store packages with epoch versions on FAT32.

I have changed the /mnt/mapper/root partition for ext4 but the result the same.

What does `mount` tell you?
