Description:

In a typical setup LightDM will start the X.org server, which in turn will try to connect to the acpid daemon. But the LightDM systemd unit does not specify a dependency on acpid, which may result in the X server being started before acpid. In such cases X.org log will contain

(WW) Open ACPI failed (/var/run/acpid.socket) (No such file or directory)

To prevent this, acpid.service should be added to the "After" list in the unit file.
