`pacman -Q| grep artikulate` gives no result

Yep, this is one of the (many) reasons why groups in Arch suck. You can't have different versions of a group for different repos. Meta-packages should work fine, but I don't know of a sane way to fix this for the groups.
If you still want to use groups. you can disable kde-unstable, install the kde-applicatinons group, and then reenable kde-unstable and update.
