FS#47222 - Uninstalling 'postgresql' doesn't remove the 'postgres' user/group

Description:

After I uninstall the 'postgresql' package, I'm left with the 'postgres' user/group as well as an empty `/var/lib/postgres/data/` directory. These should be removed on uninstall of the package.
