Hi,

The following commands should raise my processor at 4GHz:

cpupower frequency-set -g performance

But in fact, /proc/cpuinfo reports my cores at 800MHz.

Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  "performance governor" is meaningless on an Intel processor using p-states.

Tested with both linux 4.2 and 4.3 (testing).
