DetailsI was going to flag it out of date but it appears to want to flag qemu as well.
libcacard is now a separate project. http://cgit.freedesktop.org/spice/libcacard/ (2.5.1 release) Perhaps you would like to package it from the sources in this location instead. |

This is the current home page where they post theirs new releases, as well it also has their latest release, 2.5.2, the same as listed on their git repository which is the link you gave. Recommending this package be closed as package file is no longer out of date.
