Same here
Plus Chromium doesn't work with https://extensions.gnome.org either

This is happening to me as well. Just did a full upgrade today and it broke.

Upgraded gnome-shell-3.18.1-2 to gnome-shell-3.18.2-1.

To get around this breakage, I extracted the plugin from the previous package:

sudo tar xJf /var/cache/pacman/pkg/gnome-shell-3.18.1-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz -C / usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libgnome-shell-browser-plugin.so

@dimosd, of course Chromium doesn't work, it doesn't support NPAPI plugins anymore.

Same here, chromium can't work decause they dropped NPAPI.

The plugin works well with epiphany but crashes in firefox. Maybe it's a firefox bug ?

Same here for FF 42.0, and it seems to work fine in the epiphany (gnome's own Web app).

This appears to be fixed by gnome-shell-3.18.3-1. I updated Arch this morning and then updated my extensions.
